In this vision Stephen sees a man’s left arm injured or wounded, and a tourniquet (an instrument used to wrap around a body part to stop the bleeding or the flow of blood) being applied. As Stephen looked more intently with his spiritual eyes He saw that it was actually a snake bite that was on the left arm, and that the tourniquet was actually the same snake that had inflicted the injury to begin with.
