Recently, in a vision I saw a man sitting on the ground in the corner of what looked like a school gymnasium with his shirt off, facing away from me. This man had a very large dead king cobra draped over his left shoulder, and He was holding it there like a trophy of a snake he had killed.
ATTACKS AGAINST THE LORD’S ANOINTED HAVE COME TO AN END
I feel the Lord would say that longstanding attacks from principalities and powers that have come against certain prophets and prophetic ministries have come to a long-awaited end. The end is likened unto Job’s experience in (Job 42:15), when the Lord turned his captivity in one day and restored back to him double what He had lost. I prophesy a double portion restoration and return in this season of everything the enemy has sifted, stolen, and destroyed concerning the Lord’s anointed over these past few years!
COBRAS REPRESENT JEZEBEL
A Cobra attack is a form of a Jezebelic Attack. The cobra is a snake that spits venom at it’s victims, blinding them. The king cobra is also the largest venomous snake in the world. The eyes of the body of Christ are the prophets, and Jezebel is a unique principality, engineered by Satan for taking out God’s prophets and prophetic people. Jezebel is also one of the most powerful principalities that has been unleashed in the last days. She is king among other kings and queens in the demonic hierarchy of Satan.
There are 3 things that the Lord is highlighting to me now, that happen to a prophet or a prophetic person when when they come under attack from a cobra spirit (aka Jezebel):
- Their spiritual senses are dulled.
- They become sour, bitter, & can’t enjoy life.
- They are robbed of the blessing of the Lord.
(Psalm 58:4)
“Their poison is like the poison of a serpent; They are like the deaf cobra that stops its ear,”
Here you see clearly how the cobra spirit dulls the spiritual senses of a Christian. Their venom in the spirit literally causes you to become blind, deaf, and dumb spiritually. You find it difficult to discern the voice of God prophetically through visions and dreams, you have difficulty hearing and interpreting the word of the Lord that comes to you. You also find it hard to open up your mouth and declare the word of the Lord like you once did with boldness and confidence when this vile demonic venom gets on you.
(Job 20:14-18)
14 “Yet his food in his stomach turns sour; It becomes cobra venom within him.
15 He swallows down riches and vomits them up again; God casts them out of his belly.
16 He will suck the poison of cobras; The viper’s tongue will slay him.
17 He will not see the streams, the rivers flowing with honey and cream.
18 He will restore that for which he labored, and will not swallow it down; From the proceeds of business He will get no enjoyment.”
Here we see the effects of the cobra spirit upon one’s attitude and demeanor. The cobra’s venom causes a person’s spiritual food to become sour. In other words, the prophetic person’s prophetic words and messages that are hit by the cobra spirit are now tainted with rejection, unhealed wounds, the spirit of fear, bitterness, and unforgiveness, because the prophetic person hasn’t gotten the necessary healing they need to speak a clean undefiled word to the people of God.
You also see in this passage how the Cobra spirit robs people of the blessing. They no longer experience streams and rivers flowing with honey and cream; they no longer experience fruitfulness, blessing, and the favor of the Lord. Now they know what it is like to plant and immediately have it plucked up and stolen by another. They now know what it is like to not be able to retain riches. Whatever God blesses them with, they vomit it up and can’t hang onto it. If they have a business, its profits do not bless them. They cannot enjoy the fruit of the labors because this curse of the cobra has rested upon them.
THERE’S HOPE
But here’s what I believe the Lord is doing presently in this hour!
(Psalm 91:13)
“You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.”
You are treading upon the lion and the cobra! You are trampling underfoot the young lion and the serpent, in Jesus’ name!
MORE INTERPRETATIONS FROM MY VISION
The dead cobra draped over the shoulder of the man is a picture of many prophetic people’s victory in this hour, and now that they have prevailed against this enemy that they’ve been wrestling with for years, this trophy of their victory will become a part of their mantle. It will become a part of their kingdom authority that they carry with them for the rest of their life, even into eternity! The shoulder represents “kingdom authority” (Is.9:6-7). God is entrusting new kingdom authority to those who have prevailed in this hour.
The school gymnasium represents how many are being called to establish new apostolic and prophetic schools of kingdom ministry in this hour, as they come out of the wilderness as victors over these snakes. They are not to take what they’ve learned and what they’ve gained with them to the grave. They are to pass it onto the next generation and to the body of Christ through training and equipping for end-time combat to overcome the biggest snakes in the last days! A gym is inside the school, therefore it’s a part of schooling that God has for his people. But the gym is where you go to train and get stronger. These apostolic and prophetic kingdom schools that God is raising up now will feed the sons and daughters of God the meat of the word and the students that enroll in these schools will become very strong very fast as they feast on rich nutrient dense revelatory meat!
CONCLUSION
As I was meditating on this vision recently I heard the voice of the Lord say to me, “You now have flowers on your head”. In ancient times, a crown of flowers was given to victors, called garlands, and this served as an outward symbol of their conquering feats!
God is presently giving crowns of victory to those who have fought the good fight concerning this most recent costly and bloody battle that has raged for years, and now those who have wrestled in secret will be rewarded openly. God will promote many sons and daughters in this next season who have proven faithful to the Lord, to carry their cross, when it was most costly and most difficult.
