In this video Stephen gives a powerful exhortation to believers about how to handle ungodly fear in your life. You must treat it like a demon that you take authority over and cast out. The bible promises that when we know perfect love (which is personified in the person of Jesus), when we walk with the Lord, that His perfect love will cast out fear (1 Jn.4:18). The bible also promises us that we’ve not been given the spirit of fear, but love, power, and a sound mind (2 Tim.1:7). When we know what we’ve been given by the Lord, when we know who we are in him and that we have a hope and a victorious future which is different from those who choose the way of the world, fear cannot get a hold on our lives.
